These rules have been drawn in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumers’ Rights” and “Rules of Rendering Hotel Services in the Russian Federation”, approved by the Government Decree of the Russian Federation No. 490 dated April 25, 1997 (with changes and amendments dated 02.10.1999, 15.09.2000), consumers’ rights protection law, civil code of the Russian Federation.Ф.
1. "Amici Grand Hotel" complex offers services for temporary accommodation. The term of accommodation shall be subject to approval by the administration. After the expiration of the approved term, the guest accommodated in "Amici Grand Hotel" complex should abandon the room. Also, if desired, the customer may renew the term of accommodation by notifying the administrator of the hotel complex no later than 2 hours before the check-out time (12:00 local time). If there is no reservation (for any third-party individuals) for the requested room, the term shall be renewed.
2. The approved check-out time at "Amici Grand Hotel" complex is 12-00 o’clock (local time). Guaranteed check-in time – 14:00 (local time).
3. "Amici Grand Hotel" complex operates twenty four – seven.
4. Passport is required for guaranteed lodging (shared room lodging) at "Amici Grand Hotel" complex. The guest agrees to the accommodation rules by signing the application.
5. The administration of "Amici Grand Hotel" complex has a possibility to draw room booking agreement.
6. Guest’s payment for accommodation and services (including insurance premiums, security fees) at "Amici Grand Hotel" complex shall be carried out in accordance with the prices, provided in the price list, and shall be paid with funds (rubles), as well as by way of wire transfer using credit cards under the room booking agreement. Accommodation is only possible after upfront payment for the estimated period of stay and issuing a receipt. The final bill for rendered services during the stay at the hotel complex shall be issued to the guest during check-out.
7. Accommodation payment is charged from the guest at the single check-out hour – 12:00 o’clock (local time) of the current date.
8. If the guest is accommodated between 22:00 and 08:00 hours, check-in shall be carried out only before the check-out time, while renewing the period of stay is carried out in accordance with the procedures, set out in paragraph 1 hereof.
9. If the guest is accommodated for less than a full day (24 hours), payment shall be charged for a full day (notwithstanding the time of check-in and check-out).
10. When accommodating the guest at "Amici Grand Hotel" complex after 00:00 o’clock (local time) until the check-out hour, the payment shall be charged for only ½ of a day, while breakfast shall be paid for separately. In case of check in after 00:00 o’clock and check out within the following day the payment shall be charged in accordance with early check in rules: by hours or for ½ of a day and further, in accordance with the number of days of stay. If the above mentioned accommodation is carried out without prior booking (at reception), payment shall start as of the payment hour (starting at 12:00).
11. Children under 7 years old (without separate bed) are accommodated at "Amici Grand Hotel" complex free of charge.
12. Starting September 10, 2014 and in case of prior booking the guest shall pay for the first day of stay (guaranteed reservation), notwithstanding the check-in time (but no earlier than 14:00 o’clock).
13. Notwithstanding the accommodation type, in case, if the guest delays departure from the room by more than 6 hours, hourly payment shall be charged, in case of delay for 6 - 12 hours – half day payment shall be charged, in case of delay for more than 12 hours – full day payment shall be charged.
14. Starting September 10 in case if the guest refuses to accommodate or decreases the term of stay, the administration of the hotel complex hall have the right to withhold the amount (from the forward payment) equal to one day of stay. This amount is payment for guest room reservation for the entire period of stay.
15. From 08:00 to 23:00 o’clock it is possible to invite third persons to the room (upon the approval of the administrator and if requested by the guest). In order to do so, the guest has to request administrator’s permission and use concierge’s key-card in the elevator.
16. In case if the visitor stays in the guest’s room after 23:00 o’clock, such visitor shall be registered for shared room lodging. Payment for shared room lodging shall be charged in accordance with the approved price list of the hotel complex in the amount of additional accommodation place. The same rules apply to any third persons brought by guest during the night time (23:00 to 08:00 o’clock).
17. The right to reduced-rate accommodation at our "Amici Grand Hotel" complex apply to the following categories of individuals:
18. Room service, bed linen, towels and toiletries replacement is carried out at "Amici Grand Hotel" complex once a day. Unplanned bed linen replacement or cleaning may be carried out upon the guest’s request (for additional fee).
19. The guests of our hotel complex are always able to use the following types of free services:
20. "Amici Grand Hotel" complex provides its guests with additional (paid) services upon request, in accordance with the approved catalogue and price list.
21. "Amici Grand Hotel" complex does not bear any responsibility for the activity of urban services (emergency shutoff of heating or electricity, water supply). The hotel complex has backup services.

24. All the rooms of “Amici Grand Hotel” complex, located within the 2nd, 4th, and 6th floors are declared strictly non-smoking. Any guest that has been lodged within these floors hereby agrees to pay a fee equal to 5000 rubles (in case of smoking), required to clean the room and air from tobacco smell.
25. Administration of "Amici Grand Hotel" complex does not bear any responsibility for loss of any guest’s valuables that were left outside the safe box. In case if we find any forgotten items, the administration will take all the necessary measures to return them to the owner.
26. Feedback and comments book of "Amici Grand Hotel" complex is located at the administrator’s desk and is provided upon the guest’s demand.
27. In case of smoke, fire, flood or failure to observe accommodation rules of "Amici Grand Hotel" complex by the guest (failure to observe public order, usage of prohibited appliances), the administration reserves the right to visit the room without prior approval with the guest.
28. In case if the guest violated accommodation rules, failed to pay for services in a timely manner or caused material damage to the hotel complex, the administration shall have the right to terminate the agreement on rendering hotel services unilaterally or deny the renewal of stay period.

If the guest, accommodated at the hotel complex, is absent from his/her place of lodging for more than one day (or 6 hours after the check-out time), the administration has the right to create a committee and draw a list of items, left in the room. All the money, documents and other material valuables will be taken by administration under its responsibility. Other belongings will be located at the customer service desk.
30. In order to maintain guests’ safety, video surveillance is carried out within the public zones of “Amici Grand Hotel” complex.
31. In case of complaints from a guest of “Amici Grand Hotel” complex, the administration shall take all reasonable measures to settle the conflict (in accordance with the laws).
32. In cases that have not been provided in these rules of “Amici Grand Hotel” complex, the administration and the customer shall be governed by the current laws of the Russian Federation.
