• Booking payment is not charged;
• Check out time – 12:00, guaranteed check in time – 14:00;
• “Junior”, “Lux” and “Business lux” rooms have the possibility to place one or two additional beds;
• Additional bed – under 7 years old is 500rub., for children under 14 years old – 1,000 rub., over 14 years old – 1500 rub. Breakfast is paid separately;
• Early check in 00:00-06:00 - 50%, 06:00-12:00 – payment by hours, 12:00-14:00 – bonus in case if the room is available;
• Late check out 12:00-14:00 – bonus in case if the room is available, 14:00-18:00 – payment by hours, 18:00–00:00 -50 %.
• In case of accommodation after 00:00 o’clock and until the check out hour – the payment with 30% discount. Breakfast is paid separately;
• During the exhibitions, prices for “Standard” category rooms increase by 7-10 %;
• Accommodation with animals is subject to individual approval upon reservation.
